My mom's dog Louis is currently moved in my house. However i have no ideas about a dog and what exactly i need for them, Waitrosepet is really helpful if u are like me. Here i get everything, literally everything that the dog needed. I really appreciate the price too.
Effippro pipettes
Ordered wrong pipettes for weight of dog; sent email & got a swift reply & refund, reordered and it arrived very quickly. Very happy with Waitrose pet _ I’m sure I will use this site again .
Terrible service
Ordered easily. Delivery date came and went. Emails not responded to. Telephone number cut out before answering. Only 9-5pm Mon - Fri customer (non) service. No goods. Waitrose should cut ties with this bunch ASAP. Not what you would expect from JL group.
Seems to be monsterpetsupplies.co.uk in the background, same address. not really Waitrose!
