Life saver for sure

Awful. On drop off all seemed great. On pick up we came back no one answered the number they advise to call but the car was waiting anyway. Now near in mind it was dark when we arrived home. I noticed that the exterior of the car was covered in mud, And the drivers footwell also. The next day in daylight I also noticed a scratch on the interior door panel by where the windows are operated. So I contacted them and they have denied any responsibility what so ever for the damage. They said I should have checked it over when I picked up up. Awful service and won’t be using again and I suggest you don’t either. Looking at the old reviews before they changed name they were awful then too
