This is CRIMINAL. I booked through Ezybook parking and they subcontracted ZENITH AIRPORT PARKING. They took my car on 22 December 2021 and they caused serious damage to my front wing (O/S) and scratches to the front wing (N/S). Please see the photos. The driver who picked up the car was barely 20, and he drove my premium car (BMW). I have reported damage when the car was delivered on 6 January 2022. I have provided all the information with photos. They are still refusing to pay asking that I should have the photo of the car when I handed it over in Heathrow. The tires show that the car has been driven in fields. I have now involved an insurance company and will take the Zenith Airport Parking to the court. The Zenith Airport Parking are trying to use any ... trick to not pay for criminal damage to my property, my vehicle.

Absolute scammers not only do they not kno what customer service is but they think it's ok to steal parts of ur car and when questioned they have no knowledge of it. My husband and I went away on a emergency basis and had no other choice to book here. We arrived to a back street where they told us to take ourselves to the airport and they would drive our car back to a secure place. We didn't get any paperwork just a dodgy guy. We were concerned at this point but it was too late to cancel. We arrived back and called the company and they kept telling us 10 mins they would be here. we waited 4 hours for our car and when we got handed the keys the guy ran off. We instantly knew something was wrong as the engine light came on. They had stolen our catalytic and when questioned they had no knowledge. 12 hours later we were still stuck in Heathrow airport waiting for AA service. Unnescary headache. Pay a little extra for the service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

2/ despite booking this 2 weeks in advance, I was told when I arrived as it was 3 am I will have to pay extra £40 in cash that he took without giving me a receipt.
3/ on return, I had to wait over an hour for the car. I got an apology but also an admission that they over booked. when called several times, they were dishonest, from traffic problems to delayed getting the car, when simply they over booked.
4/ my car was not clean, but obviosly it was parked under a tree, with leaves in the engine bay and in every orifice the car has.
4/ the worst thing, all the radio channels were changed to indian music and saved on that in a way , I had to read the manual to change it over. so for a 10min drive, I think my car was sat in and used a lot more than that.
dangerous service, I will never use them again. even trying to leave a feedback on their website is disabled , yet you can leave one from an email they send, to ensure they can delete it or manipulate it.

Had to cancel my parking the day before the booking due to my passport renewal not coming on time and meaning I missed my holiday. Ezybook were mostly unresponsive via email and when they did reply would not accommodate any kind of change of dates, partial refund, or any other solution.
Despite not providing any actual car parking service, they refused to refund any of the cost of the booking. I would highly warn anyone against using this company and recommend to avoid using them due to the poor customer service.

These ppl are scammers, still not refunded me 13weeks on. Appalling customer service, once they recognise your telephone number they stop answering. I just want my money back, they have the audacity to minus £15 for their “service charge” NEVER AGAIN
Meet & Greet from Mayfair Parking at LHR T5
We booked with Mayfair Parking through Ezybook. It was a terrible experience with an extremely poor service and disingenuous business model.
After landing back in the UK, we realised we can't get our car, as they have lost the keys to our car. The company refused to help us get home at midnight, forcing us to take a taxi.
Next day, we realised Mayfair had dropped the keys in another customer's car, who contacted us. Based on the documents with the car key, they parked our car on a street in Slough and not in a secure car park. I have the copy of the document where they have mentioned which street they parked my car in. They say on the website that they have a secure car park, CCTV, patrols, etc. All lies.
You are better off using official airport parking services. At least your car will be safe, even if it's expensive. Do not trust such companies.
Mayfair Parking are yet to respond to my request to refund my taxi fare. By the way, their company policy is that they only respond to emails and no phone calls. The standard SLA for reply to emails is 14 days. Seems an ideal way not to deal with customers.
This people are dubious, first they over charged on my card and when i cancelled my booking they told me the refund process would take weeks but if i choose a voucher that would be sent to me in couple of hours. I chose the voucher option but trust me it’s been three weeks now i haven’t got any voucher from them and when i call they don’t pick up.
Please avoid this fraud of a company they don’t give a F about their customers.
Easy Parking with "Ezypark" at Manchester Airport
A serious bad service at Manchester Airport !
It was easy to book and hand over the car, when arriving. But we had to pay £6,- to the driver, so that he could get out of the parking, On top of the £36,98 we had already paid.
Agreed was, to call after landing, with the return flight.
So we did, we landed 22:35. And we were informed at that moment it would take approx. 30 minutes to get our car at the Airport. It, in fact, took longer. It was 23:45 when we got our car back. And we had to pay £6,- more, to get out of the parking. The total costs were therefore 30% higher than what they promote/inform, not mentioning the unacceptable waiting time. They were aware of the flight details, we had informed the arrival time and we even called to inform we had landed.

I booked through this Company as it was the cheapest, and it stated it was FREE cancellation **DO NOT BE FOOLED IT IS NOT FREE** they charged £15 admin fee. my plans changed and had to cancel. I was told my refund will take up to 7 Days, more than a week passed and still no refund so I emailed them several times over the next week with no reply, I tried to ring them and I took more than ten attempts to speak to them as nobody was answering the phone for then to be shouted at with them saying "you will get your refund when you get it"

I have booked 8 days long parking as I travelled from distant to fly from Gatwick airport and was flying with little children, I have found this website as the cheapest, I arrived back at the airport and called thembto bring the car to the drop off point, My call was picked up by a person thaat soubded to be a streetgansgster, he was terriblyrude and told me that he will not bring my car, I pleaded eith hin and told him that please I have very small chikdren who are extremely tired and even said that I will pay extra money for my car to be returned to the airport. This is exactly what he said " why shoul I bring your car, I don't care whether you have kids or not, he was rude, displayed lack of respect and empathy, he hanged the phone on me, I called him back and asked him for the post code, I had to take uber which costed £40 for less than 6miles as there was very high SURGE, when i got to the point of collection, I met this drug dealer looking guy, who smelt of WEED, he gave me his name as ADNAN. I will advise anyone to avoid booking with this website. I wish I read reviews before booking, I would have saved money, time and energy.
Parking at Gatwick
DO NOT USE. UNRESOLVED THEFT FROM CAR.
Ezybook.co.uk act as an agent and they clearly do not vet the services they promote. I parked my car in November 2020 for an urgent family related trip abroad, in the pre Christmas COVID lockdown which came into effect while we were away. The company offered and chosen from the ezybook.co.uk site was Park & Fly Gatwick (company registration number 12632724). When the car came back the driver got out of the car and approached me with no mask meaning I had to keep my distance. I had to sign for the car to get rid of him, and he hurried away. I first wiped down the car to clean it and noticed fast food debris from the driver on my seat. I called to complain and was told to phone the Park & Fly Gatwick office. I did. They apologise but the cost to clean the car has not been reimbursed (fat stains on the seat, salt, half a chip). I went straight home and isolated meaning the car stayed on my drive. During that period I noticed the spare wheel and locking wheel nut had been stolen. I reported it to the Police who were great. They interviewed the owners who then offered my £100 to make it go away. My loss is way more than that so I refused (£25 clean, £150 wheel replacement, min £75 for new locking wheel nuts and exchange). Park & Fly Gatwick said they'd wait for the Police report. The Police reported concluded no evidence, but stated that the car park being used had NO CCTV COVERING IT, despite it being part of their advertising. Park & Fly Gatwick stopped responding, and ezybook.co.uk have washed their hands of it.
When I called to complain, Ezybook.co.uk gave me a false name on the phone. They sent me terms and conditions for a company called MOBIT AIRPORT PARKING. MOBIT is a defunct company dissolved in 2017. Ezybook are owned by Smart Travel Deals Ltd., registered company number 11364111.
Essentially, both Ezybook and Park and Fly Gatwick have refused to address it and both companies advertised "secure parking" and/ or used a CCTV icon to indicate CCTV covered parking. It was not. I am in the process of taking this through a legal claim as on principle this should not stand. It's false advertising, dishonest and I've been misled.
