    This is about Yorkshire.
    4 persons and 1 kid , I had booked lounge. Everything gone as committed , there was some unidentified people already present on allotted lounge ,later attendant guided to nearest booked area.
    There was some misunderstanding probably but later no issue.
    Prices were quite affordable and services &food beverage was satisfied.
