I ordered brake pads from parts in motion using there reg no search engine also added the reg no in the text I received the wrong parts so contacted them to rectify they asked for the reg no again and since then have refused to communicate with me things do sometimes go wrong it how they sort out the problem that shows a good firm sadly this firm don't even try please avoid

Clutch kit
Avoid. Order a clutch kit, they send the wrong one (on there website and Ebay said is the correct one), fitted to car, not good, almost destroyed my gear box, sent it back, didn't want to refund me as it was signs of use. Very rude customer service, didn't want to compensate me as is clearly there fault. In the end spend ยฃ700 more then i should. Took my money from Visa claim. Now I take them to court for labour costs compensation as this is unexplainable.

Item badly packaged (damaged) item leaked, reported to Parts in Motion a few emails asking for details never heard back from again, avoid.
THIS Company have good prices !! but if you order the wrong part and want to return ,,for credit, then order the correct part THEY DO NOT REPLY?? WHEN ASKED FOR RETURN ADDRESS NOTHING, THATS A PITY AS IT WOULD NOW PRECLUDE THEM FROM MY POSSIBLE FUTURE PURCHASES,.
