the fos are now investigating this company - they have 11 ccj's against them AND some people are suggesting they are in trouble! they are flagging up 1* HONEST reviews left on trustpilot and "inviting" 5* (probably fake) reviews which some are not even correct ENGLISH (are other countries doing this for them? - i'd like to see proof that the 5* review are legitimate). Pockit are still ignoring customers even tho' mothers can't eat or feed their children, families are in fear of being evicted as they can't pay the rent? it just beggars belief how the FCA are still allowing this company a licence and not investigating them. the complaints against this company have SOARED over the last 6 months and this is the reason the FOS can now investigate them. anyone suffering from hardship from this disgusting company needs to CONTACT the FOS so that your complaint can be logged and lodged. this company needs to be held accountable for the fact they are putting their customers lives in danger, physically, mentally and emotionally. why have t&c's if the company that uses them doesn't even abide by them? why do the FCA have a code of conduct which Pockit can just stick 2 fingers up at? why are now the crowdfunding customers demanding their money back? bbc, inews, which, fintech, times all doing scathing articles now as so many people are complaining. how this company is still allowed to trade is disgusting especially when most of us are living hand to mouth!
1* - they are blocking thousands of accounts and ignoring the very customers that they say they are "helping" - such a shady company i think the fca should do more to look into them than sending unhappy customers links to mcol so that we can take them to court - not everyone can afford to do this - fca regulated but something fishy is going on somewhere
you can join this unscrupulous company with NO identification whatsoever. after 14 day cooling off period that is when the emails start. so you give your bank details and other sensitive personal details and then they CLOSE AND FREEZE your account. they neither reply to emails, recorded letters etc. if they do email you they say you can contact them via their site BUT as you are blocked and frozen this is NOT possible. They are NOT a BANK they are NOT MONEY LENDERS they do not give ME money - i beg anyone reading this DO NOT USE THEM - they have so many negative reviews on the internet about freezing you accounts under the heading "money laundering" but all they are doing is sitting on your money earning interest - they have absolutely NO interest in customer service and i will be taking this futher to see if this company can lose it's status - they should be ashamed of themselves
