Best range cost and gas service
I have a startup where I provide services to local people and commercial places as well including electricity, water, gas, internet etc.
I totally recommend Calor, I know of these guys, great gas supply.. most of our locality are using their services to heat their houses.
I really admire them for my happy customers or clients.

We ran out of gas. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The service is unbelievably bad - utterly non-existent.

Ripped of: Two BBQ gas bottles costing £100
Big monopoly company = shocking rip-off. They tell you when you "rent" a BBQ gas cylinder off them you will get your money back when you return it. Absolute rubbish! I've just been told, having spent £100 on two cylinders, but now leaving the country, if I return it to the nearest Calor Centre about 15 miles from here (not the nearby retailer I bought it through) I would get £7.50 per bottle - so a loss of £85. Further they do all they can to discourage you form contacting them (there is an 0800 number but no complaints line or email address to contact on their site). Is it any wonder there is a national shortage of bottles? This from their site "We’re currently experiencing cylinder availability issues due to higher demand and restricted supply. Some cylinder sizes are unavailable or limited to exchange only". I've wasted an hour of my life on this, having started out thinking I was doing the right thing for the environment etc. They clearly don't care about the environment or their customers.

AWFUL customer service!!!! They wouldn’t even listen to you speak! Woman there kept interrupting, not listening to what I was saying just kept repeating the same thing over and over again even though it had NOTHING to do with my enquiry! Zero help!! Zero respect for the customer! Gave them two starts as website wouldn’t allow me to give one or zero!
