Absolutely shocking sevice from grimsby. Got a text saying 9am -9.10am delivery but turned up at 8am so my carer wasnt here as popped out and explained to the deliver I couldn't really do it alone and it would take me time. The man ' Mark' his name was see I had a walking stick and I explained I needed help and was hour early and he stood and watched me struggle with a £200 shop and never once offered to help. There was cases of coke and water and I started to panic. I explained iceland helped but he said ' DO THEY ' . I finished and he just walked off and I had to sit down as I was in pain and panicky and I actually sat and cried as was worn out and upset ( am classed disabled) I rang the customers service and now 5 days later still no call back or nothing . I will never go to Asda again. I had a mask on and he didnt.. I am absolutely disgusted and the man should be ashamed of himself.
Beginning of the week I booked a delivery for next week and as usual on a Sunday I amend.my Asda online grocery shopping but 90%of the items I had already in my basket was out of stock and I really struggled to find alternatives for them plus 20%of the new items I wanted to add to my basket was out of stock às well so no impressed with my local asda store which is the asda Filton store has let me down again
ASDA MANAGEMENT NOW USE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE THAT BREACHES DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT
I have severe enduring psychiatric health conditions and physical health disabilities. I have never concealed my various health difficulties. Asda online groceries delivered groceries to my home for over 12 years.
Last week Asda Abby Park store suspended my account for online deliveries groceries. ASDA STORE MANAGER DAVE M told me that because I did not answer door when asda attempted to deliver my order on 2 occasions my ACCOUNT has been suspended. This is NOT HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOPPERS SHOULD EXPECT
Please email me directly if you have experienced significant issues with ASDA. I intend to take out legal action to further explore unjustified behaviour utilised by Asda that clearly breaches disability discrimination act by ASDA abby Park store and need as much evidence to support my own injustice. My email address is on photo. Alternatively Facebook messanger me. This store needs respect disability rights. For a store to terminate an online groceries account because an individual doesn't answer door twice is appalling behaviour. When questioned Asda management especially manager name Dave M believe their behaviour is appropriate. Asda take this action knowing that it will have significant adverse impact on disabled people
Please contact me mobile 07479637694 if can provide additional information regards Asda breach disability discrimination act
I have had to cancel Asda dear slots two times now as I can not get the items that we need one of the items that we need is Asda diet cola and the alternative is Asda sugar cola which is completely different the store is Asda Filton store Bristol BS34 I could list other issues and items but it would take forever
This is my story of Asda. On Saturday, I was mistreated by a member of staff in front of my 4 years old son. This happened at Asda Shepshed. I called the call centre and the person harassed me and hung up whilst I was explaining. I called after couple of hours, they said they could raise these issues internally but I wouldn't get any feedback since it was internal matter. Then I called again today and they offered me £15 but refusing to send me a written apology. They redirected me to their website, a section which didn't exist ... This is the first company ever that I have seen with no complain mechanism. I decided to probably give up, but that won't make this world a better place.
@asda (Lewisham ) has soiled duva items (bodily fluids) on their shelves in their packaging which also wasn't even one of their brands it's was a Sainsbury's duvet in their packaging. When i complained and asked for a refund or exchange, they'll loudly acused me of doing it in front of other customers and staff! That I had done this! That i am lieing! And this mistake can't possibly of happened so i must of done it! They want to use the fact that I ended up getting extremely upset for not getting my exchange after it was cancelled in front of me and bluntly accused of theft by swapping my own apparently duvet for a new one which then caused me to start shouting in the shop as an excuse not to investigate especially when I had asked the manager still refused to investigate. The store manager want to make accusations and take my statutory right for an investigation. I am the one who had one manager saying well this has never happened before so this can't be true as if first time mistake can't happen and I'm just a liar and the other male manager showing no kindness what so ever saying this is not possible you must of went home and swapped duva I'm not giving you the exchange he had immediate judgement on me did not like to listen to my story he had already believed in his head was true and yet I'm supposed to stay calm They also just allowed the staff members to continuously make comments "she definitely did it" while also given me dirty looks they all loudly making assumptions the managers also allowed their staff members continuously gather around when I was having this conversation with them and allowed that 10 of the staff members to all gathered at the exit as I'm walking out the store and allowed one of their staff members to make a sarcastic comment as I walked out as well I cannot explain how this happened I can only tell you my story which is simple i picked the product off their store shelves and that's the duva that came out! at the end of the day the customers only has their word and they refuse to listen to mine they showed me no kindness or consideration it's also upsetting that I am a regular customer in their store most of their staff members have seen me I am a regular I live in the area and (@asda Lewisham) was my local supermarket so to get this judgement and treatment from them was very unexpected and very hurtful. I then began my own self investigation and called customer service and asked for it to be done a member of customer service then told me I need to go back to the store and ask them for a CPQC check inwhich i was still refused by the male store manager. During that seconded visit to the store a third party was present and she had then accused him of being a racist for not offering to investigate all the exchange I was then told by customer service that the manager is using that reason the comment from a third person as excuse to not do the investigations I found that to be very double standard and i am the one he is accused of being a dirty person and a theif and not offered an investigation or refund but when the managers accused of being a racist and this is how he reacts. @asdacustomerservice don't actually offer a service nor take responsibility for the behaviour of the staff in their stores. Called to complain about how I was treated and was told I needed to go back to the store to ask them to investigate. #selfinvestigation #fail #asdapolicingthemselves and after I had attempted myself investigation the only email I got back was I was banned from the store based on the racist remark done by a third party and abusive remarks( e.g. me getting upset and shouting in the store) and that head office nor the store would offer me a refund. Disgusting customer service! no loyalty to the regular customers! Petty behaviour! @asda can make false accusations all round and now i can't go back. Who wants to shop in a store where YOU are abused and assaulted and then get accused of something you didn't do #falseaccusations #imnotaracist #liars
They took my money knowing they was gonna say they didnt have those items as I went to buy 3 of them 6 days before when first booked the delivery anyway 5 days order went to amend the day before and it let me add the items as available, but funnily I was shocked to see asda not only took the 1p but then the actually full amount so theyve overcharged already, I knew something was off taking payment that quick any course it's got to dinnertime next day and the 4 items are missing so my bill shouldve been 17.50 less, total bullsh@t theres no way within 5 days theyve gone from sold out to back in to not available the very next day. Now I have no money to buy the items elsewhere as asda has taken it. I really have no faith in this store for delivery at all it's a con theyve still got the items as available when you go to re buy!!.. you'll notice theyve took loads of their smartprice stuff off the website even though it's still available in store!! I'm going bk to using other stores As this isnt the first time in the past I had a order due to be delivered that evening of course take payment then say such and such items weren't available so I went down to the store and low and behold the very items theyd claimed not available were there on the shelf, it was the cheap noodles which they now no longer list on their website
