Absolutely shocking sevice from grimsby. Got a text saying 9am -9.10am delivery but turned up at 8am so my carer wasnt here as popped out and explained to the deliver I couldn't really do it alone and it would take me time. The man ' Mark' his name was see I had a walking stick and I explained I needed help and was hour early and he stood and watched me struggle with a £200 shop and never once offered to help. There was cases of coke and water and I started to panic. I explained iceland helped but he said ' DO THEY ' . I finished and he just walked off and I had to sit down as I was in pain and panicky and I actually sat and cried as was worn out and upset ( am classed disabled) I rang the customers service and now 5 days later still no call back or nothing . I will never go to Asda again. I had a mask on and he didnt.. I am absolutely disgusted and the man should be ashamed of himself.
Not very good service
Beginning of the week I booked a delivery for next week and as usual on a Sunday I amend.my Asda online grocery shopping but 90%of the items I had already in my basket was out of stock and I really struggled to find alternatives for them plus 20%of the new items I wanted to add to my basket was out of stock às well so no impressed with my local asda store which is the asda Filton store has let me down again

I have severe enduring psychiatric health conditions and physical health disabilities. I have never concealed my various health difficulties. Asda online groceries delivered groceries to my home for over 12 years.
Last week Asda Abby Park store suspended my account for online deliveries groceries. ASDA STORE MANAGER DAVE M told me that because I did not answer door when asda attempted to deliver my order on 2 occasions my ACCOUNT has been suspended. This is NOT HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOPPERS SHOULD EXPECT
Please email me directly if you have experienced significant issues with ASDA. I intend to take out legal action to further explore unjustified behaviour utilised by Asda that clearly breaches disability discrimination act by ASDA abby Park store and need as much evidence to support my own injustice. My email address is on photo. Alternatively Facebook messanger me. This store needs respect disability rights. For a store to terminate an online groceries account because an individual doesn't answer door twice is appalling behaviour. When questioned Asda management especially manager name Dave M believe their behaviour is appropriate. Asda take this action knowing that it will have significant adverse impact on disabled people

Not good feat
I have had to cancel Asda dear slots two times now as I can not get the items that we need one of the items that we need is Asda diet cola and the alternative is Asda sugar cola which is completely different the store is Asda Filton store Bristol BS34 I could list other issues and items but it would take forever
