Guys, please STOP all payments to this Company as they are a scam!
I requested a free sample of their products and then found they were taking £15.99 every 2 weeks from my account.when I queried it, they tried sending me the same generic email responses so I stopped my card with my bank( bank advised me they are aware of this company)then requested to Gemma that she send me their Company complaints procedure, their Company reg number and a copy of the T&C's that I signed. Gemmas response every time was to write into an address and refer me to a link on the bottom of their webpage so each time I went back advising her that she was not addressing my request as I had not received a copy of their complaints procedure, not seen sight of signed T&C's and had totally ignored my request for their Company number.They have never come back to me regarding the fact I stopped payments via my bank and the reason they haven't is because its all scare tactics by them!! they cannot send bailiffs to your house because to do that they would have to take you to court and they wont take you to court because they are a scam!!! they are holding your personal details without your consent which they cant do, they are not compliant with GDPR, which they would have to be to hold your personal details(hence why they would not confirm the Company reg no) these are both BIG fines if taken to regulator and also no court in the land will take the side of a Company who cannot show signed T&C's. They MUST by law send me a copy of the T&C's that I seemingly signed to consent to me agreeing to a contract subscription...they havent sent me one because I nor any of you have signed it.DO NOT give this scammer one penny more of your money, cancel your card with your bank today!!! then please write to Watchdog asking them to investigate, the more of us who request this will help ensure that WD see how big a scam this is and investigate so the wider public do not get pulled into this scam and hopefully lead to this Company being prosecuted for fraud!!!
Ordered a trial supply where I was to supposed to pay only the delivery charge to then find they are holding my bank details and charging me monthly for a subscription I did not sign up to!!! I have cancelled my bank card and have written to Watchdog and trading standards as this Company are a scam!!!!!!!!
I would advise all who have been scammed to cancel card with your bank then ignore this Company as they cannot get Baliffs to chase you for a contract you have not signed up to!
I am leaving a honest review. I love the product it really does work but I did not read properly the terms and conditions and now it’s too late to cancel. I thought I would try ignore correspondence and it has lead to debt collection teams following me up now with extra to pay. I know so many people are in similar situation but we did approve the terms and conditions and unfortunately the subscription after that period is chargeable! I see lots of people saying they haven’t heard back yet but it’s best to resolve it rather than paying hundreds extra trying to be clever.
Went through the same thing as everyone else with the subscription. Refused to pay it had numerous emails for over two weeks demanding money, I ignored it and I logged into my account after not hearing anything in 2 days and my subscription has been cancelled. DONT give in!
After seeing the offer thought I would give it a 'try' before buy. Turns out I would be buying even more through subscription before I even tried it. Emails are just a threat from a bullying customer service. They are only concerned about getting your first order after that they dont care about you and whether you buy or not. Stressful dealing with ‘aftercare’ Gemma and Suzan .. threatened with bailiffs and legal action. Harassed and bombarded with emails demanding payment for a subscription I never wanted, and once I realised I have been forcibly and confusingly entered into a contract I emailed to request that it was cancelled. This was 3 days after my initial purchase- however, they only emailed me back on day 14 following my purchase to state that I would have to return the goods unopened within 14 days. What a sneaky sly move on their part!!! Joke of a company and a total joke of generic emails when attempting to deal with aftercare. I suffer greatly with anxiety and dealing with this company is genuinely affecting my mental wellbeing with their continuation of threats.

I have so far reported to trading standards and the fraud team, however, due to them mentioning subscriptions in their t’s&c’s (albeit not clear and confusing that that is what you are entering into) there doesn’t seem much more I can do

On behalf of my sister she ordered something because it was free and you only need to pay the shipment and then then she found out was money coming out of my bank she emailed them and said it was a mistake and She never sign up to Be on a scriptions she even said she struggles with reading and she’s autistic and they’re just horrible So she’s rang the bank and cancel it through then. They don’t deserve it and I would’ve said zero the stars maybe have two one but it’s because its not letting us put one but I would’ve said zero

Am having all the same probs as everyone else have cancelled further payments to them at the bank. They just will not listen when you want to cancel a subscription you never even signed up to!!!! Gemma is utterly nasty and ruthless!!!! Had to give 1 star as it would not accept zero stars on form Uhgggg
I ordered free capsules which stated I only had to pay for delivery as a one off payment. They kept taking money out of my account and then sending me the product every week or 15 days as they say. I tried to cancel, sent back 2 of the products they sent me and still have not received a refund.
It is a scam and unclear.
Blocked them taking money out of my account and now they are saying that they are going to contact their legal department if I don't pay. Reported them to trading standards and going to continue to get legal advice.
What can I say, there is literally NOTHING positive. The owner is an absolute scammer, she lures you on with a free product and then you unknowingly enter into a 6 month subscription! No mention of this anywhere where purchasing and ko confirmation sent or anything. You only find out once they take Money from your account next month! On top of this, the product is absolute crap and doesnt work.
This company is a joke. You get lured into a subscription you never wanted. You then try and cancel and they say you cannot as you are signed to a subscription. You try and cancel and they say you need to order more products. You do what they ask and you still cannot answer and they treat you like you have started a new account and then email you saying you can now log into your new account. The customer service is appalling. If I could go back in time I would never have ordered one product from them. I have never had a company make me so angry and frustrated. I am normally calm by nature but the emails I have had are ridiculous. They say you can cancel after so many more orders and go back on their word.
