SIMPLY THE BEST
My Mum, Natalie, has been with WFF for ages and when Mum forgot to phone in as a regular they would phone Mum. Mum has Alzheimer’s and I now order online and make an online payment. I would like to thank Elaine, Gloria and the Team for an excellent Customer Service and very caring and very much appreciated. Living in sheltered accommodation we have presentations from other companies even with Alzheimers my Mum chooses to remain loyal to WFF as they are simply the best,
mostly hearty meals
being elderly and although housebound and living alone and fully cognitive am able to prepare meals but find WFF the main support for my regular food consumption. I sometimes add fresh greens and if I have one mild grumble is that the hearty meals are a bit too lavish with peas. !!
The service is beyond reproach and the cheerfulness of ll the staff is an absolute tonicmain meals and deserts
my self and my wife have purchased from wiltshire farm foods 3 times so far just had the xmas delivery looks good .the qauntities are just right .they deliver on time and are always chatty and cheerful .the driver even put packs it away in the freezer.which with my health is very good.so far there has been nothing negative to write about
Healthy and perfect
I prefer to buying beef and pork from Wiltshire Farm Foods. They are exactly what i want. the pork and beef are always fresh and healthy. Also, they taste amazing. My kids love to eat beef and i know that from here i will always get exactly quality food.
fish and chips
The actual meals are nothing like the photos, there was only seven chips and a very small pies of fish that was tasteless ,this meal looks small on a tea plate , a waste of money. The Spaghetti Bolognaise was also tasteless and very small, in future I will buy else where.

so pleased with my meals tried various meals soups desserts lost my appeetite its definetly back now look forward to my meals everyday excellent service cant rate them highly enough give them a try you wont be dissapointed ty from a very happy customer x
Turkey dinners
I put my order in early for some turkey dinners but Wiltshire foods denied I'd placed an order and so I was without at Christmas, lucky for me i did have some beef dinners in the freezer otherwise I'd have been without. Not very pleased.
Several orders.
Great food and choices . Wish they did the chicken in blackbean in the hearty size though. Good service and pricing along with friendly and helpful drivers. 100%.

I tried 5 meals which were tasty. The lasagne was like slop, no structure to it and swimming in watery sauce. Portions were child size at best and the prices are high for the tiny amount of food you receive so I won’t be ordering again.
Steak and kidney pie
Not a bad meal but would be much better with more gravey as I found it rather dry

I have tried the beef and the lamb could not cut it with regular knife two
inedible meat was very tough on both meals, spotted dick soggy, blackcurrant again custard lumpy stuff that didn't even taste like custard , also hardly any custard, I know they seem to have a good rating, I don't think the food is good quality unfair rating system as it covers ordering service and delivery all of which are good, doesn't mention the food.
I wonder what standard of food thee people are used to who left positive feedback, some people will eat anything, for me personally would not order from this company again, the quality of the food and the cooking of it leaves a lot to be desired, I have worked in restaurants and cafe , I would never serve these meals, they are awful. I sent the remainder of the food back .driver very nice though.£20 worth ready meals
The mashed potatoe was full of black bits and peelings. I emailed them about it and they acknowledged my email and said they would get back to me but they never did.
