Pay for a policy all year and then when you ahve a problem find any excuse not to fix. Told me I needed to fix my boiler myself!! When the pressure lost, I should top this up daily manually rather than them fix it. Fraudsters, avoid like the plague. Rude disgusting individuals on the phone and their engineers.
