Absolutely appalling customer service, will never deal with this company again. After placing an order in good time for my daughters birthday, an item arrived incorrectly. I contacted the company who wanted me to post it back (at my own cost and then get a refund later), then wait for the return to be processed and then they would send a replacement. I pointed out this would be too late for my daughters birthday. They would pass it to supervisors and I would hear back I was told. No phone calls after 3 days, having chased every day. Eventually a man said he would put through a replacement order and I went to great lengths to ensure the description of the item could be sent to warehouse so the mistake didn’t happen again. On arrival, it was once again the wrong item as warehouse had paid no attention to the note. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement and they again asked me to post back at my own cost (reimbursed later) to get a refund. I refused and asked for a free returns label- suddenly because the company want their items back they are in touch within 24 hours to arrange collection. They have offered no goodwill gestures, no apologies without being prompted for one and generally no remorse for the disappointment and upset caused which means my daughter still doesn’t have her birthday present.
I wouldn’t buy anything from brightminds anymore and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I am going on holiday on Tuesday 9th July so I ordered smart bot robot for my nephew from brightminds on Friday 5th July and I paid extra for next day delivery so today is Tuesday 9th July and I till haven’t received the parcel , my nephew is going to be very disappointed, and all of this is brightminds fault.
