Money and used my mums card because I lost my phone so couldn’t access my card so after I realised that my name was in the name box with mums bank account details how is that not voided right then!? Any how they said they wanted to have all my ids which I sent and by the way I told them it was my mums card they didn’t even notice until I told them that’s how on it they r lol after days and days of messaging on that ... email because there’s no phone numbers or anything no managers to talk to I think there’s about 5 people working on the live chat and most of them have a bad attitude they can’t answer any questions all they say is email email email to b honest the ceo might as well save himself some money there’s no manager and they don’t answer anything pointless! But then I guess there robbing us people blind so they can afford ….I received an email to say ure winnings have been approved then they only sent a small amount and said we r paying back some of ure top ups but we r keeping the rest absolutely shocking! So guys I’m setting up a petition if anyone’s interested in signing they need to make there terms and conditions clearer and also validate people before they take all there cash thanks SkyeDotty bingo
Won quite a bit but dotty bingo will not pay out until I send photo ID which I do not have and not willing to buy it to get my winnings they are ok taking my money out my bank but paying out is another matter I have sent paperwork documents in in and got accepted 4 weeks ago for a payout but this time I'm because it's more money they are not getting back so having to leave a negative feedback would not recommend this site

worst bingo sit out there , cant use bonus money until spent all your cash dont know when bonuses are paid back to many limits on spending bonuses which means cant compete with other players would avoid at all cost , couldnt even withdraw some lame excuse about verifying account which after contacting them never got rectified

One of the worst online casino I've played on, pointless bonus features, the games take ££££ before giving the bonus, thern pays, a few pounds.
The games freeze an crash all the time, an they blame you're internet connection, or device, any use the bullshit you need to clear you're browser history and cash... which is a load off rubbish.
They won't get another penny off me, percentage control games, by forcing silly 10, 20 even 3p wins every other spin.
And the stupid bonus games the site gives you, well, firstly you have to pick a box out of 3, which most of the time is the wrong box, but if you are lucky enough to pick a winning box, you win at most 50p off 10 free spins, total pointless bonus, it's a joke.
My advice is don't play on here, you will loose.Bingo!
