About EE Recycle
EE Recycle is a service provided by the mobile network EE - the largest mobile network operator in the UK. It means that people can recycle their old phones and earn money for doing so, making the method both kind to the environment and a users bank account. The recycle and reward scheme is run in partnership with Brightstar, another company that provides a mobile phone recycling service and was administrated in 2016. Users simply have to sign up and then they will be sent a free sales pack, thus meaning that you don't have to search for packaging to post your phone, or pay for posting it either. Users can also find out how much their phone may be worth using the search bar - before deciding whether to sign up or not.

Services of EE Recycle
Despite being owned by EE, users of any network can recycle their phones using the EE system, whether users are on 3, O2 or Vodafone - everyone can recycle. Users can also request a price quote for their device, and have it returned for free if they are unhappy with the quote. If the device is damaged when inspected by EE, users will receive a text or email with a revised quote, and have three days to decide whether they are happy with the quote or whether they want to request to have the phone returned to them. Users are paid either by bank transfer or cheque, but payment via cheque can take up to 7 days. In order to speed up the process, users can print a shipping label rather than waiting for the return package to be sent. Any queries or issues can be discussed over email or on the phone.
