My son ordered a drone as a Christmas present for his dad, this arrived faulty and we contacted customer service who said to return it. We asked for the replacement to be sent direct to us as we do not live near our son. The online operator said this would be done - unfortunately it didnt happen and went back to our son who had to pay P&P to post it to us. The operator apologised and said the P&P would be refunded to our son, this never happened despite various requests to the same operator. They did not bother to reply and we would not recommend MenKind to anyone.
