The virtual world is as of late a new phenomenon that enables individuals to meet and socially interact with others in different online environments. About Second Life
Established on June 23, 2003, by Linden Lab, a San Francisco based industry, Second Life is an online virtual world that asserts to have benefited a large number of individuals and seen billions of dollars executed amongst users in its economy. Second Life was created for individuals aged 16 and above, except for 13–15-year-old users, who are limited to the Second Life area of a sponsoring organization, like school. Users can make avatars which can venture out to worlds and grounds (called Sims), take an interest in role-playing games, make and sell items, and associate with other Second Life occupants. Players can take on a "second" life; they make an avatar and set off to discover and explore themselves and the world. It has, however, been claimed that Second Life exists for almost all language, and a few countries have even opened official embassies inside the game.

Products and services of Second Life
Second Life adds to their surroundings, making animations, buildings and objects. It permits users to go to live shows, get-togethers, public interviews and school classes. They can shop for clothes, purchase land, buy devices or simply visit with companions. They can likewise teleport or fly to practically any area. Second Life basic membership is free, and as such permits users to make an avatar and explore the world.
