TPMBA September 2020 Cohort

I can add some insights into TPMBA as a current student. Its the best. When you subscribe, it looks like a netflix design with each chapter containing 15 minutes microlearning (combining lecture videos with business usecases). It is the best $1000 spent. I am able to apply every chapter so far into my startup. After speaking to many mba graduates, I found out that all the contents in tpmba is covered in traditional mba but in addition tpmba has up to date innovative content. More importantly I would classify power mba as a MBA with entrepreneurship focus. One important factor here is that if entrepreneurship is your main interest then this program focusses more on product centric entrepreneurship and so if you are more into service oriented industry then this might help you to take a different view. Unlike the traditional mba, there is no case studies in this program however, instead there are end of unit test that you we need to pass. In addition we get to understand how theory is used in practise by watching the interview with different company founders, CTO, CEO,etc. It is very important to understand here that while the syllabus looks same as traditional MBA, the core difference is the usecase interviews with big companies and small innovative companies. This is where you understand how to quickly apply your tpmba learnings for your employer or business. Also remember that in this COVID19 situation, business has changed so much...and this program clearly captures business usecases who are successful in this covid times...this is how different it is from traditional university MBAs. And finally lots of networking events I have attended online and so again its awesome! Also I don't think comments about the content available online is true. First of all, most people donot do lengthy steps of hunting for this type of information. So lets be practical here, as a student you get the content and easily see how to apply it in practise by relating the business usecases to your reality. So I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to do MBA and dont want to spend money doing a uni degree. And I can also confirm that many of the students that are in this program that I have networked already have a Uni MBA and still want to study from TPMBA. So that shows alot of credit to how good and innovative TPMBA is against University MBAs. And the best part is that the $1000 that I invested, I got it back in the form revenue from my startup that uses tpmba learnings since day 1 (Sept 2020 cohort)
