When I came across Antipodes, I just knew that the right place and products were found for my wife who has been searching for quality skincare products that often times, she ended up patronizing the wrong ones. Having to know the company offers first, skin test and consultancy services before offering the right solution, that was enough to buy my heart and makes me believe Antipodes products are of the best quality. And of course, from application of different skincare products like serum, oils, mosturisers and more overtime have proven the products to be of quality, as they work effectively, testified by my wife. According to my wife, she just loves everything about Antipodes and glad I introduced Antipodes to her.
Rejoice Light Facial Cream
I purchased the Rejoice Light ... cream in October 2021 and I was really looking forward to using it. I had already purchased the ... exfoliator which I found to be really lovely on my skin. I have rosacea and tried to be careful with my ordering for sensitive skin.
Unfortunately, I reacted to this moisturiser and came out with rashes on my face.
I wrote into customer services shortly after and attached pictures of my skin.
Although customer services were very polite, they have not at all been helpful and I feel I have been treated very unfairly and let down.
I was asked to provide the batch number, which I did and told this would be investigated. I have written into customer services a few times and to date, this has not been resolved, I have not even had any updates since I last made contact last year!!
I bought this product in good faith, my skin was not compatible with it and I believe it is only fair that I am given a full refund.
I have purchased items from another very well known company, specialising in skin care for sensitive skin. They offer a complete refund, no quibbling if you are not entirely satisfied with the product within two weeks.
It is now May 2022, and I have still not received an update, let alone a refund. I am very disappointed.
