They delivered my order very quickly and price was good. Happy customer!
Aluminium sheet
Not a great experience. Order confirmed with a promise of delivery within 5-7 working days, on the 7th day I called and was told they intended to deliver 2-3 days later. I appreciate that this was during the lockdown and staff numbers were reduced but had they told me at the time of order I could have bought elsewhere and completed my own job on time.
A member of their office staff made the effort to find out what had gone wrong and promised delivery for next day, let's see if it turns up.Sheet aluminium
Ordered over £300 worth of aluminium sheets including £50 handling and delivery, promised to be delivered 2-5 days.
12 days later I am still waiting, gave excuse of courier not being able to deliver as police had a road closed. when I phoned to complain 12 days later I was told the it was out for delivery today.
Total waste of space, they obviously do not stock what they say they have.
