2 Coats and 1 pair of shoes.
I was really worried, because l hadnt looked at reviews about Berrylook, before l bought the items. I thought l was going to get coats l couldnt wear, and shoes would also be unwearable. When my items arrived, all together, in one package. I opened them and lm very pleasantly impressed. I love what arrived! The coats are nice quality, and lm going to love wearing them. The shoes are also fine. Well made and again lm looking forward to wearing them. In my transaction with them l had nothing happen, that would make me remove stars in the rating. My money has definately been money well spent. Im not a person who is hard to please, but l can see quality when its there. I love my purchases.... Thank you very much, Berrylook. I will buy from you in the future.

Hi I bought a red dress on the 30th April it's the 18thof May I still haven't received not pleased at all hope the reviews were wrong about Berrylook as the clothes look nice hope I'll find out WHEN I GETMYORDER
I want an address to return my items which I bought as I am really unhappy with the quality. I can't believe a reputable firm does not have the return address on the page about returns. Every other firm doesn.
This "company" is a sham! When you do finally receive your order, you wish you hadn't.
The items I received were unwearable. Quality was nothing like I ever saw before and I have lived in developing countries! I couldn't, in all consciousness take them to a charity shop! That's how bad the items are! Please, please, please do not waste your money in buying anything from this company.

As for the dress, even worse! material extremely light and cheap, seams are skew, threads hanging.I cant wear any of the items I bought. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I had bought.
I have had two orders from berrylook, the first I ordered 5 items and only received 3 they were all smaller than expected I cancelled the remaining two which I have one got them to say they didn't send but as yet no refund from berrylook or Paypal. My second was for two dresses, one was received ok but the other was out of stock, I asked them to send another in place of it and this was a different pattern and about size 10/12 although I ordered xl
They sent me a shit with a huge hole in it and want me to pay to ship back to China. Other items are supposedly on their way, but I dread ever receiving them.
never have i been had but this is the limit.the coat is disgusting nothing like the photograph try getting intouch with them is immposible they need to be shut down.

Absolutely fake company, pictures look great on the website but what they send is completely garbage, like mopping cloth, made out of umbrella material. I feel cheated after wasting cad 162/ - and getting a refund is impossible. They have usa address and flash great pictures on Facebook, returns are to sent to china, bloody scammers!!

I often have a fashion breakdown, I mean just want to dress something beautiful and different, unique in ways.
Berrylook helps me achieve that. they have a whole lot of range in their dresses. I loved the variety.
I get to have something on constant basis defining different styles and clothing patterns.
Its comfortable, quality, brand-oriented and so more than that.Totally fake review. Go to Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau or any other review site. 99% of customers rate them as terrible. I had an exceedingly poor experience, total rip off for the worst quality clothing I have ever seen. They went straight in the bin as I was too ashamed to even take them to the charity shop. The site is a scam.
Fake Review. This company is a total scam that uses pictures of clothing they don't actually sell to try enticing you to purchase from them. If you're lucky enough to actually receive something, it will be a poorly made attempt to reproduce the clothing pictured , but will look nothing like the item you think you're buying. This a hustle. Shame on Google for continuing to allow this company to advertise and rip consumers off everywhere.

I didn't receive the product after 12 weeks (14-24 days were promised by Berrylook). Wrote them 4 times to get a refund but didn't get any reasonable response but just "wait"
3 dresses
I am now 64 emails in 15 months to Berrylook trying to get my refund for 3 dresses - sizes are tiny 2XL = Small - very poor quality - don’t return items they will get lost in post ? I agreed to 50% refund then a 35% refund then got nothing - then they offered a coupon but I then have to pay postage - but still nothing - every email is from a different name / person - company behaviour has been unscrupulous, underhanded, dishonest, unprincipled, immoral, deceitful, unethical, false-hearted, disreputable, dishonourable, crooked, shady, dodgy, shonky and not behaving according to what is morally right and fair. Chinese company has now lost face.

The products are very poor quality and the return/refund process is not easy at all. I was lucky to get my money back but it cost me the same in the overall shipping costs. This company is the biggest load of tossers that should be banned from advertising.!! I am a pensioner and saw this site and the clothes looked really nice, and different, to clothes on the high street.....What a load of absolute garbage! I have been trying to get my money back for 6 months £140,00 !! not one sigle item in the clothing i ordered could anyone wear...iv'e better dish cloths in my cupboard! Paypal are also the most useless company to sort anything like this( paid through this site) i wrote to them numerous times asking them to intervene and get me a refund, there as bad as shitty Berrylook! wish i could warn people about this shocking site! BERRYLOOK??? Stay away from it,,is there no organisation that can protect buyers from low life like these scammers?!!
Dress
I received a dress that looked nothing like the photo of the one ordered. Not a great fit.
Customer service poor. I was offered a £12 cash voucher but had to order an item priced exactly £12 for the code to work. Absolutely nothing on their site was / is priced at £12 !!! So effectively it’s useless!! Sent dozens of emails to customer service and no satisfactory response to date!!Floral dress
Lovely dress but shorter than I thought and didn't fit chest wise.. Been waiting for an email off them so I can return it and have a refund.. U only have 30 days and still not heard anything for 2 weeks ????

Total disaster order
I was very satisfied with the first order (unique dresses), excellent price.
Second order was a total disaster! Except one dress, rest are bad quality products, do not look like the picture online , one shoe is a different size than the other. One month later I still did not receive all products I payed for. Tried to return products but it does not accept the code, regardless of how many times I tried to enter it. Do NOT buy.Five different items
All of the clothes were of good quality but took three weeks to arrive after I asked twice where they were. I want to return all y he items because they are not the correct size even though I checked before buying. Their return site will not accept the code no matter how many times I try doing it.
bikini, t shirt and 2 dresses
I have ordered 4 items from seller. 3 items were received after 3 weeks, the last one after a month.
The bikini bottom received is sewn in a way that one hole for the leg is sewn together making it impossible to put through a leg. The top is also unusable as the straps are not adjustable due to the adjuster being sewn to the incorrect part of the straps.
The other items are all of extremely poor quality: the materials are thin and flimsy, the t-shirt is incorrectly sized to be a male medium, on one of the dresses the blue colour used do not match and is not like as pictured on the website, whereas the last dress received is sewn in such a way that should not have passed quality control as the seams are turning out and not flattening.
I have exchanged several emails with seller, however i do not seem to get anywhere. There seems to be two trails of responses:
A, offering partial refund
B, stating return address
Although on the delivery there is a UK return address I`m asked to return items to China with tracked service - this is around £17 which under their policy is not refundable. went to Paypal, who ask me to do the same but promise refund.

Thank you so much for writing this. After I read all those negative reviews on the site I was certain my order was a red flag. Now I feel better.
