Customer Service: What is this company's main purpose and how can you use their services?

The Bivolino website separates their products into Corporate, Gifts and Accessories. Within the Corporate section, there are three options, Corporate Shirts for Men and Women, Shirts with Embroidered Logo and Corporate Uniforms. In order to construct your shirt, you must first configure your shirts by designing how you want them to look, picking everything from collars to buttons to pockets, with the option of changing the sizes of orders per person. Then you must select where you want your company logo to be situated on the shirt, by choosing from a diagram of 18 possible places. Once you have done so you can have a look at the prices, then send an email of all these details to the company to decide. Depending on the number of shirts that you are ordering, you may be entitled to either a discount on the price, or extra transport costs. When buying 10-15 shirts you will get a 2.5% discount off the shirt prices and standard transport costs. When buying over 125 shirts, you can get 17.5% off of the price, but will have to pay an extra £60 for transport.

The gifts category offers friend gift vouchers of £25, £50, £75, £100 or £125, as well as business gifts, or the giftbox BivoBox, which contains a voucher of 100 with fabric samples and a Brandbook. The Accessories that you can choose from are Ties, Cufflinks, Pockets Squares, Boxer Shorts, Scarves, Handkerchiefs, Neckerchiefs or Bones Pouches.
