Cath Kidston has great range of vintage and season collections of bags, purses, kitchenware and more
Offers are quite tempting and I usually shop like twice or thrice in three or four moths here.
Rang Grafton Store Dublin to inform them a blue Cardigan I had purchased and was hand washing for the first time ran like nothing I had ever seen before. Not even a pair of jeans. I was completely shocked by the amount of dye that came out of the Cardigan. during the phone call the person I was speaking to accused me of being abusive to which I replied how is making a.complaint abusive? And requested that I speak to a.supervisor. She in turn hung up the phone when I said that I didn't believe her when she said she did not have a contact number or email address for her employer. This is Catherine Kidston customer service.. I will.absolutely never buy anything from this range again and constantly inform my friends about the experience so they are aware. In Catherine Kidston world the customer is totally.not.important and has no value whatsoever in my experience. In fact they adopt an abusive position should a cosaint be made.
Do not buy from this company... no free returns despite paying postage and packaging. And guess what, they did not refund me my postage and packaging either. So they get their products back new and unused and still keep £3.95 from me!!!
AVOID!!!!!
