I'd used this company a few times and had been satisfied until my last order. I ordered 3 different colours and as two were out of stock (without telling me) they sent me 3 of the same colour. If I had of wanted 3 of the same colour that's what I would have ordered!
I contacted to ask for address to return so that I could wait for the colours I wanted to be back in stock none of them had been used and after many emails back and forth pretty much begging me to keep them, they have refused to give me the address to return, even though on their website they said they will. They even started telling me I couldn't return them because they had been used! I haven't used them and they have still refused. This company will take your money even if something is out of stock, avoid at all costs and go to a reputable company
Absolutely disgusting customer service, will not use again and will be in touch with trading standards
This company are disgraceful. I placed an order in Sep 18 and when I chased it up was told they didn't have one of my items in stock and would I like to receive them when they did. I said no and cancelled the order. A few weeks later I got a bill from the third party company they use for billing, Klarna, demanding payment. I contacted Klarna to explain that I have not received any goods from Chloes and thought that would be the end of it. It wasn't. I have just received the 3rd and final demand from Klarna with a threat to report me to the credit reference agency if I do not pay. Chloes are asking me for an invoice number which I do not have as I deleted my emails when I cancelled the order. Surely they have it on file that the order was cancelled? I have ended up paying Klarna so I dont get blacklisted and I have emailed Chloes demanding reimbursement.
Disgrace!! They take orders and have no stock, also sent wrong hair
So dissapointing, I think they just take the money and then dont care about customer. there is no contact number for support and they dont ever respond to emails promptly!!!! I ordered hair in October for superfast delivery (paid extra £10 for it), hair never arrived!!!!, 3 weeks later they sent reply that they are out of stock! Why did they take order in the first place? Now I ordered hair again, it said in stock on their website, ordered my usual colour mixed blonde ash, got 5 packs of light grey! Again, sooooo disppointed as have an appointment with my hairdresser tomorrow and will have to cancel!They have just ruined my Christmas party! A company like this sgould be stopped from trading as this is a disgrace! I messaged them on facebpook - no response.
Hi there, I placed an order on 11th August for a wedding I was going to as it said 2-3 days delivery. after 2 weeks I had still not received the hair so I emailed the support team who then told me that I should not have been charged or sold the hair as my colour was out of stock. They said that it would be back in stock the following week if I wanted to wait or else I could get a refund. I decided to wait. Another 2 weeks later I still had not received the hair and emailed the support team again who said it still wasn't in stock. I asked for a refund and got a confirmation email that my order was cancelled. On 2nd Oct I got a text from the delivery company saying that my hair would be delivered the next day. it arrived and now I had no need for the hair as I had went elsewhere as this was now 2 months later. I emailed the support team who sent me the postage label for return. I returned the hair the next day. I waited 30 days for my refund which never came. i emailed the support team again who told me that they did not receive the hair and asked for my tracking number ... which I did not have as I used the free returns label. the support team has now ignored me for over a week and I'm down £75 and no hair. I'm appalled. I now have no choice but to contact my bank and get my money back on there end. I also messaged their Facebook page and have been ignored.I now feel like I've been scammed. I'm disgusted.
