Only giving one star as there is not an option to give none. Non existent customer after sales service.Sent faulty item back under warranty. Got a "credit note" as a pdf. Sent bank account details to facilitate transfer. After several telephone conversations I am still (after over two months) being fobbed off with pathetic excuses such as holidays, staff sickness etc. They even claim the bank account details I have sent are incorrect (which they are not.) If this is what it is like to deal with a European company then the sooner we get away from shambolic businesses like this, the better.
