    Wool hoodie purchase

    I bought a wool hoodie from the store not long ago because I was drawn to the sustainable materials used to make it. But my excitement waned when I saw that it was labelled as dry-clean only, which goes against the brand's eco-friendly values. The hoodie came in perfect condition, and the oatmeal colour was really nice. Even though I was a bit annoyed by the cleaning instructions mix-up, I was still impressed by the design and quality of the hoodie, especially for the discounted price I got. Even though I now have to be extra careful when cleaning it, it's still one of my favourite items in my wardrobe.

    I bought this adorable dress and a pair of shoes from this shop the other day. Unfortunately, when my package finally turned up, it had been left outside and someone nicked it! I was gutted because I was really excited to wear my new clothes. However, the customer service team were fantastic! The woman I spoke to was really kind and sympathetic. She resolved everything really swiftly, and not only did I get a full refund, but also a discount for the hassle. I was really impressed by how much they value their customers and how efficiently they dealt with it all. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again!

    I really don't understand why some people are saying negative things about my amazing orders. I've actually shopped here three times now and everything has been absolutely fine on each occasion. On my last delivery, I was a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews, so I decided to contact customer service. They responded to me promptly, kept me informed throughout, and I received my order after just 5 days. I encountered no problems at all, and the clothes I ordered turned out to be of excellent quality!

    I really enjoy shopping for winter clothes! I've been shopping online for a few years, and the customer service at this place is always great. Most of the time I get the right size, but lockdown has made things a bit more difficult. I've had to return items a few times, and although I don't particularly like doing it, they always make the process simple for me. Some people might think the two-week return period is too short during lockdown, but I haven't had any issues. Thank you, COS!

    I purchased a black silk polo neck jumper from this shop, but when it arrived, I got a navy v-neck jumper instead. I was quite upset and disappointed because it wasn't what I wanted. So, I called customer service to sort it out, but they weren't very helpful. They just said I needed to go to a physical store miles away from me to return it and get a refund. It was really inconvenient and a waste of my time and money.

    I bought a woolly hat from this company because I heard good things about them. I wasn't sure at first, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I was really happy with how everything went.     New Tshirts ordered

    My new T-shirts are top-notch quality! They come out of the wash looking great because I always hang them up to dry. I did have to send one of the five shirts back, but the customer service team was so helpful and understanding. I've been told they got the return, just waiting for the credit to come through now. All in all, really pleased with the quality of these T-shirts.

    Don't waste your time ordering from this company, they are a total nightmare. I ordered something specific and what did they send me? The completely wrong item. And when I tried to contact customer service for help, I was met with nothing but silence. It's as if they have no concern for their customers at all.

    I placed an order on Black Friday and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, despite patiently waiting, I never received any updates about my order being dispatched or delivered. I had to take matters into my own hands and check my account, only to discover that my order had actually been delivered to my pick-up point a few days prior. Surprisingly, I hadn't received any notifications from the company or the delivery service at all. Thankfully, the item wasn't damaged, but I can't help but feel that it wasn't worth the price I paid for it.

    I placed an order online during the sale but when I went to checkout I was gutted to see that the discount stated on the website wasn’t applied. Even though it was obvious there was a discount, customer service claimed there wasn’t one and wouldn’t give me the sale price. This whole situation has really annoyed and let down me, especially because I’ve always been a loyal customer to this brand.     I really love the clothes from this store, they're just so unique and stylish. But, let me tell you, the online customer service was a total disaster. It felt like they completely ignored my messages and took forever to reply. I understand they must be busy, but waiting a whole year for a response is just ridiculous. Dealing with their orders was such a headache due to their inconsistency, it made me doubt if I'd ever get my stuff. It's a shame because I really like their clothes, but with such terrible customer service, it's really off-putting.

    Oversized denim jacket

    What a nightmare. I finally got the jacket I ordered after waiting for a whole month, and honestly, it's a complete joke. The seams are wonky, the buttons are barely holding on, and the fit is all wrong. I feel like I've just thrown my money away.
