I am sorry I have to complain about the Gemini Junior. I love the way it cuts and embossed, I bought my first Gemini from TSC and it jammed about an inch from finishing cutting. I thought this was my fault so last week when I took a trip to the US, I saw one in Hobby Lobby store in Bellingham Washington so I bought it for 129.oo. I got it home and set it up and hadn’t used it a dozen times and it jammed again. Here I am 2 machines and both of them jammed in the same place and I read and followed directions. Just thought I would let you I am very disappointed and I won’t be buying another. I don’t have the proper paperwork and I will just have to eat the loss on both of them. Sincerely Joyce Allen
They state that you paying for a fully tracked purchase with premium cost of $19.99. The problem is none of the shipment numbers match so your left guessing when you purchase will arrive. I have had a whole order of $200 come up missing from April 22. I’ve emailed and called multiple times with no response.
FYI I ordered from Crafters Companion website on January 9th. I have not received my order. After speaking with customer service, I am told that ALL orders ship from the UK. And, was told that nowhere on the website, nor during the process of ordering, nor on the invoice that the order is shipping from the UK, and not from the U.S. I never would have even considered placing this order had I been notified, had the chance to read, or known that ordering from a “US” website would have my order shipped from the UK. I have nothing against the UK. I don’t like to wait for an order I spent 65.00 on for that long.
