I was looking for the place where i can buy Apple ipod. And i found this website, i really like the offers and options which got from this website, however, i have few problem with the delivery settings as my iPod was not completely wrapped up when i got my delivery. however, i complain about this thing and i got a quick response. which i like it too. other than that, everything about the website is good. my iPod is awesome and works easily without having any problem. no just that, i received really good services.
i recommend people to give a try to this curry PC World Business.
The delivery address was listed wrong. if that was not bad enough, it has been impossible to contact Customer Services in over a 4 hour period, furthermore, they do not have a listed email address in order to resolve any issues.
I've ordered two sets of frying pans but only one set has arrived. Customer service is unavailable, I was on the phone for HOURS but couldn't speak to an advisor. Now I lost £23 plus my wasted time. Avoid this company.
1 x SEAGATE - Expansion Portable Hard Drive - 1 TB, Black
Payed for a external hard drive through curry's app. I was meant to receive it though the post today it did not show up. So I phoned the royal mail to see were it was to find out that curry's had sent it to the wrong address. I was told that unless I had the card that was put though the door I could not collect it.
So I phoned curry's up after 1 hour 56 mins on hold I got put though to a very argumentative bloke that flatly refused to reimburse my money saying it was up to me to get my hard drive from the royal mail.
So I feel like I've been robed by a big company and curry's are using the virus out brake to rip its custermers off
Bought the tv off the website.Easy.
Awaited delivery. No problem.
Unfortunately this was the start of the problem. They had described the tv wrong on the webpage...ok, let's send it back. Abit of a nightmare ensued, due to Covid19 it was impossible to actually speak to someone - which wasnt explained until I was put on hold 4 times for approximately 2hrs a go...and so it was all eventually done via 'webchat' - an absolute monster of an idea obviously thought up by someone who knows nothing about customer satisfaction. We did eventually manage to send some emails to a manager name Natasha Huggart who said she would sort this out and I also managed to speak to a manager named Dean in Bournemouth (who has never been able to be contacted again on the phone no. he called me from that I have now saved in my phone )Anyway, after 2 days - YES TWO DAYS of this we finally got the tv sent back and awaited the correct tv to be sent to us.
The second tv arrives, its EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONE I RETURNED. Iv spent the last 2 weeks emailing Natasha who is the absolute Queen of fob-offs , and apparently I now have to go back through all this webchat rubbish myself to get the tv sorted. I wont be asking for a 3rd delivery, I'll be asking for a full refund... God knows how long this is all going to take.
N.B. If you mange on webchat to speak to Caitlyn thank your lucky stars because she really does try and sort things out for you. Caitlyn should really be sat in Natasha's chair and Natasha should be in the dole queue. Good luck if you ever need to contact customer services...infact just steer clear altogether.
Purchased a fridge freezer and paid for an 11-3 time slot, so far so good! Day arrived 3pm came and went, contacted Currys customer services who explained that due to a reroute it would now come at 6pm not happy but ok. 6pm came and went contacted them again was told this time “sorry but we can’t deliver it today (Thursday) but the only time we have is on Sunday (really!!)” so that was obviously a lie. Then we were told that Currys attempted delivery at 9:30am - lie, we were in at 9:30, then they said that they also rang from outside the property - lie, no phone calls and no evidence of it on our phones. Complained to CEO (heads up, all CEO email addresses can be found on ‘ceoemailaddresses.com‘ ) whose PR contacted me and said sorry earliest we can deliver it is on Sunday. Absolute farce especially as my daughter had just moved into a new flat and had no fridge freezer! During this time we had no contact from Currys but had to do all the chasing up ourselves. Then finally after much complaining we got it delivered Saturday by two drivers who moaned and groaned about having to deliver it to a top floor flat then proceeded to leave rubbish/ packaging outside my daughters door! After complaining multiple times we were left to rue the day we purchased from Currys. We will never purchase from them again ever. You will do well to heed this story. Stay well away.
So I trade up my RBS rewards to obtain Curry’s vouchers in order to purchase a very expensive coffee machine from this company. Before doing to I check it’s in stock, reserve it then obtained the gift vouchers (which I wouldn’t otherwise have bought). I purchase the machine, pay for it and am provided with a receipt and delivery date. 4 days later I receive an email to say Curry’s cannot provide me with the machine and refund the vouchers REFUSING to then refund the cost of the vouchers to me. The lady ‘ROSETTA’ who I had dealings with should NOT be employed in customer service. She alluded to me attempting to commit Fraud and Laundering Money. Her manager who was more polite certainly was unable to resolve the issue. I now have a very expensive gift voucher that is of no use to me whatsoever and no coffee machine!!! Would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
