We had delivery of our Recilner Cinema Console Sofa this week. After 2 months of decorating i had the crown jewel of my man cave delivered. I am very happy and can see myself falling asleep easily. I'm sure the wife ain't going to be best pleased lol. If you are look at buying sofas this comapny has a nice range. They also do bepoke sizes too!

I ordered a sofa for 1,200. I spent 45 minutes in a video call with a nice woman with pink hair choosing which studs would look best on the antique blue leather. When the sofa arrived it was NOTHING like the one in the picture OR the video call. It was a completely different leather altogether. The sofa was practically black. When I complained I was told it was the lighting and the sofas are made to order so I cannot get a refund. As soon as i complained there was a new photo uploaded to the site with the leather i recieved, both pictures are exactly the same model number. I will try and attach pictures of the the two sofas. I could only get a percentage back and had to pay for the collection of it. I received 750 back. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING THIEVES. I left this review on google and they replied "you ... little rat wait til i get my hands on you" it was quickly removed but i jave screenahots.2 x Velvet Arm Chairs

From start to finish I can't complain about customer service.
I ordered online and was contacted next day to confirm my order and cushion firmness.
I was emailed/texted several times with updates on my order.
The day of delivery I was phoned 45 minutes before to let me know they were on their way.
I've got a narrow hallway but the delivery guys knew what they were doing and had it in and set up in no time. It certainly wasn't that easy to remove the old sofa.
The sofa itself is top quality and I love the colour.

I wil never ever buy from these thiefes again the couldnt get my sofa into my property so they took it back on same dau, they have charged me £266 pounds for delivery and said thisis for delivery charge I am not happy at all with this service as I did not cancel , I am now in contact with Ombusman. here is my letter to this company.Once again I have not cancelled this order. I therefore respectfully ask that you reimburse me the full amount that is owed.
To lose the amount of £226, is too much so again I respectfully ask that you reconsider the 30% charge for delivery.
