Star Trek models purchaser, ordered 2 mags/model subscriptions at a time (as my brother was interested too) up until without notice eaglemoss reduced both subs to 1 single order. Was tempted latterly by a new range (as despite the awful business handling & customer service the products usually arent too bad, if overpriced now) until the much vaunted 10% discount on my £350 order wasnt made available. So cancelled order. Shouldve stuck to first impressions. Avoid this "company"- the products may be good but you'll invariably pay over the odds in 1 way or another. One of those companies where after any transaction you want to wash your hands. Ultimately theyre so not worth it.
Wizarding alley subsciption
I was super excited to subscribe to the wizarding alley monthly subscription. I should have read the reviews first, because my story is practically a replica of everyone else's. I received no information for weeks, so after 3 weeks I contacted them to find out when I would receive my first shipment (the site says the first shipment will be 21 days from payment.) They said it was on back order and they didn't have an ETA. I gave it another week, but after 4 weeks and no proactive updates, I've decided to cancel. They make you call in to do so. The rep I spoke to didn't even ask why I was cancelling. Ironically, they offered to make the time between shipments longer.
I also want to mention how terrible their email support is. It takes multiple emails to get all the information you need. In fact, I had to ask the same question in 3 emails because they kept ignoring it (I had asked if they had other wizarding alleys available to subscribe to.) After the third time, they just didn't respond back at all. I'm not sure why their support team thinks it's okay to ignore their customer's questions. That's about as terrible support as you can get.
As an avid Harry Potter collector and online shopper, my strong recommendation is to avoid this company. They should not be selling products that they don't have in stock and have no idea when they will. Their support team needs to learn proper customer service. As a whole, they need to get their act together.

Eaglemoss products are JUNK - I've had to request replacements for two separate ships models, due to poor build quality (wonky engines, poor paint jobs etc.). Every time, the replacements came back with either the same or additional/different defects. To make it worse, their customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced. I've had to exchange 18 emails to replace the latest faulty product (a USS VENGEANCE model), and after two weeks, I am still waiting for a customer service manager to contact me to resolve the issue (having been promised a call within 5 working days). I'm sure I'm not the only one - they certainly don't seem to give a **** what their customers think.....

Only positive they asked me if I could wait 4 weeks for them to redispatch once they have more in stocks and after 4 weeks to ring to get refund
I'm very disappointed with this company right now been waiting for over 3 weeks for a delivery based in the UK. I've had quicker deliverys from the US and Australia !!!!
They also promised to ring me later today about another issue and didn't do so !!!

Being a big fan of the Alien/Predator & Ghostbuster franchises, I have purchased many items from Eaglemoss. Obviously as is the case with collectibles, some items sell out, however the Eaglemoss website is so poorly configured, there are occasions where the website shows an item is in stock, will let you order the item (and Eaglemoss will happily take your money), only to be repeatedly let down as the item is not in stock, and you get a notification about 7 days later saying you are receiving a refund. This has happened many times in July where I have tried to order a couple of items. I tried to contact Customer Service via email and phone, with at least 8 emails explaining the problem with the site, how I am willing to help test etc. etc. and no response. In addition to that, I am subscribed to the Build a Ghostbuster vehicle and the last 3 issues have gone to the wrong address. I have contacted the Customer Service each time after the incorrect delivery and each time they have assured me the delivery address has been changed on the system where it clearly hasn't. I am very disappointed with how Eaglemoss operate, and the Customer Service is non-existant. I feel that I need to warn others prior to using this company. Which is a shame as the products are actually quite good.

Eaglemoss US has to have the most useless "customer service" I have ever seen. I fell for one of their "subscription builds" and there has been zero information up front, They supposedly process payments on Tuesdays and Fridays but in truth they process payments for a total of 6 hours in the week. Call in and get either ignored, treated rudely, or just flat out lied to. Every avenue I have tried to get through to anyone in that company that might be able to fix what has been done wrong has been of no use. I would strongly suggest that unless you relish gambling you should stay away from this company.

Several weeks ago I decided to subscribe to Eaglemoss’s Build the DeLorean Part Works. What a mistake that was. Despite Eaglemoss taking nearly £100.00 from my account for twelve issues of the magazine I did not receive a single copy. Having sent numerous e-mails and made endless telephone calls Eaglemoss seem incapable of fulfilling their core business, providing subscription subscription services. Even after escalating my problems to Eaglemoss’s Management team I was still lied to over and over again with promises of deliveries that just did not materialise. I have now cancelled the subscription and await a full refund. This is an appalling company long on promises but short on delivery who lie and lie again to avoid meeting their obligations. My advice steer well clear of Eaglemoss they care nothing for customers and refuse to put matters right.
I agree with your comment. I have currently having problems with them too. Been waiting a month to get issues 20, 23 and 26, i get the usual BS about waiting on order to be sent to them from supplier, received my next lot of issues and 28 is now missing. these people don't seem to have good customer care at all. Makes me wonder how a company like it runs. Seriously just thinking of jacking it in and cancelling subscription. Useless ... service.

After 30+complaints they still cannot get it right.
Also as a subscriber we are paying full price yet they advertise the same busts at reduced prices online.
