    Wonderful servicing and remarkable product.

Gardening gets better with First Tunnels equipments. I grow vegetables in the garden behind my house. And for a while I never understood what was happening cos for each time, the Vegetables don't grow at it optimal level. I tried conducting a few research but all were in vain and it felt frustrating to me. I then stopped a while thinking the soil needs to recover but hey, when I started, it wasn't so much a difference from where I stopped.
So I started searching out online solutions and I stumbled on First tunnels. I got some practical lessons from them and then went back to see what's happening. And hey everything changed. Yeah it did.

    Polytunnel

The tunnel was delivered promptly and we kept up to date by email, once we started building it was obviously well made and we were fairly pleased. Until, it started going horribly wrong. A lot of the wood had knots in, so we struggled building the doors as some of the screws kept getting stuck in the knots but eventually we managed and built the doors. The biggest disaster though was the aluminium base rails, which are more expensive to buy. We thought that they would be easier to fit than wood but how wrong we were! The base rails are not just difficult they are impossible, we tried for hours to get the polythene into the base rails and just couldn’t do it. The helpline was very little help so we had to remove the plastic. Subsequently we now have a poly tunnel frame that we can’t cover rendering it absolutely useless, we are going to have to take it down and scrap it. I really wish I had chosen a polytunnel with wooden base rails from a different company, they should not be allowed to sell products that completely don’t work!’
