PRICE IS SO GOOD!
I was tired of looking a website where i can buy branded things but the price never matched my pocket, finally, i found forzieri and BOOM ! this is an ideal website for me. nice clothes, super range, awesome quality. perfect.
This company was fantastic! My order somehow didn't Go through the 1 try & Alex Baronio reached out to me & I was able to order the dress express shipping & my dress is absolutely BEAUTIFUL

Shoes
Awful company to deal with. They sent me a pair of shoes with holes in them! When I complained they offered to have them repaired! I nearly cried when they said this. I eventually got a refund, having returned them at my own expense. Avoid!
Vivienne Westwood dress
If I’d read these reviews first, I would never have ordered from this company. The problem was with their customer service. They take a week to respond to queries and are still using COVID as an excuse. It took over a month to process my return and refund. It’s very hard to get a response from them and in the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal. The company then had the cheek to blame me for the delayed refund. I’d definitely avoid using this company. Their products can be sourced pretty much anywhere, so shop around.
Marni Bag
i placed an order for a Marni bag on the 22/7/2020 (order no: 9041731). It has been 10 weeks and after multiple emails, the customer support claimed that there is a delay from Marni side thus the item is not in stock. After waiting for 10 weeks, I decided to cancel and request a refund. The moment I asked for a refund, they told me the item was shipped and I will be provided with a tracking number soon. After 3 days, I have not received any tracking number and no updates. The item is worth almost AUD 2000 and the customer service was absolutely poor and disappointing. If I could give zero star I would.
Poor Customer Service
I paid nearly £1000 for a Lamborghini watch in November 2017 and it has already stopped working.
I contacted them and they told me the battery has probably stopped working and I need to go to a watch shop and pay for a new battery.
I took it to ‘Watches of Switzerland’ who told me they can’t do it.
So I’m stuck with a watch that doesn’t work!

Worst online shopping ever. A scam!
