If I could give this firm a zero star

If I could give this firm a zero star I would. Awful customer service.
Emailed them 5 days ago to say after attempting to put up the gazebo, it was faulty and will not work or fold down properly.

Told to stop being impatient and wait my turn.

I said 5 days is not impatient since I have a broken gazebo, in the middle of my garden as it won't fold down. She replied yes you are other wise you wouldn't be ringing me and then hung up.

Awful product, Awful customer service will be taking this much further
