Gieves and Hawkes is bespoke men’s tailoring branch, first founded in 1771, and is now one of the oldest continual bespoke tailoring companies in the world. Originally set up to cater for the British Army and the Royal Navy, the brand soon began tailoring for the British Royal Family. Historically famous clients have included King George III, Admiral Lord Nelson, Winston Churchhill, Duke of Wellington, David Beckham, Bill Clinton and Diana, Princess of Wales, as well as a whole selection of foreign royalty. The brand also hold the three main Royal Warrants, appointed HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales. They were bought in 2012 by Trinity Ltd, a Hong Kong based investor developing international menswear brands, and have continued to expand into Asian markets.

Orders can be made online, or customers can visit their stores, of which there are seven in the UK including their flagship Saville Row outlet. In store services includes private tailoring and bespoke clothing. The private tailoring prides itself on its discretion, exclusivity and craftsmanship, with the whole process taking eight to ten weeks. The bespoke clothing is positioned as the peak of sartorial precision, with every measurement taken precisely over three fitting sessions, developing a relationship between cutter and customer. The website also provides a link to their Gieves & Hawkes Military site, which sells medal mounting, jewllery, headwear, ties, badges, swords and other militarywear.

wow , just wow, first time in history i bought something from them and its so good. well, last sunday i received my courier where i order shirt for me. And shit the quality is so good . i mean i dont really expect quality from online websites but damn they just changed the whole thing
