Worst customer services I have ever encountered. Table and chairs were delivered last summer. Paid for the table to be assembled and could have done better ourself. Wonkey leg, badly fitting extension panels which their so called experts couldn't solve. As now decided Part missing on one side. Their initial idea was just remove the one on the other side. These are the PROTECTIVE Edgings that stop the end and middle from rubbing together. Last visit technician said need to fit one on other side. Nearly March months later still waiting. My husband keeps calling but keeps getting fobbed off with various excuses. TERRIBLE COMPANY
Disgusting company. Ordered a 4-piece sofa set back in December and was told to expect delivery in 10 weeks. That never happened, and they currently have no idea where the products are. 3 failed delivery attempts so far in the past month alone, where Harveys contact you to arrange a delivery date and time, then nothing ever turns up. You also receive no contact from Harveys as to why.
BE AWARE that Harveys have a partnership with DHL, who handle most of the deliveries. Communication between DHL and Harveys is non-existent, which means you'll always be waiting for one company to contact the other.
Looking forward to the items inevitably arriving damaged, then spending another 3 months chasing replacements and compensation.
