Sound generator 4 tinnitus
I bought a sound generator it was faulty, so hearin direct, sent me another generator but it is so faint u can hardly hear it, I'm goin 2 sent both generators back and get a full refund, I feel so let dowm
Audible Telephones
If I could put a minus * I would. I telephoned this company for advice on best phone for my deaf Mother. I was told "best to use website, but you could go for **, second handset has to be bought separately, but we will pair before sending ". So chose a phone, which arrived next day. Phone was not paired and did not hold charge. Contacted HD for advice and told "they would only exchange - use website, as very busy!!"
Emailed to say not happy and quoted Consumer Credit Act for online purchases - no reply
Telephoned 2 days later to be told again no refund. Very obnoxious and difficult, so again quoted consumer credit act. Now agreed to refund, but not for postage, another argument, another referral to CCA rules for faulty items and eventually received a postage label.
Received refund, but no acknowledgement first, no apology for faulty items.
Went to Conavans for my phones, a half an hour call to properly find out my needs and much better phones purchased.
Avoid HD if it is customer service and advice you are afterPAYG SIM
A very defensive woman desperate to avoid refund
I ordered a standard PAYG sim. A DATA PACK SIM was supplied not a standard PAYG SIM. Getting flustered when asked for a return shipping costs refund this arrogant and obtuse woman stated the packaging which clearly said 4GB DATA was promotional advertising!
I informed her that after speaking to EE they confirmed this was, in fact, a DATA SIM! She then stated I suggest you choose another phone provider!
I also enclosed a copy of the correct sim supplied by EE which I had to order. They refused all shipping refund costs.
What happened next was incredible. After stating to the agent at PayPal what this woman said regarding the comment to obtain another phone provider, and her crazy defense to avoid a claim, The Paypal Agent actually said: “that would really **** me off also!” I laughed so much I nearly dropped the phone :-) I have never in my life heard an agent swear regarding the actions of the retailer!
Fortunately, common sense prevailed at PayPal with this lovely agent and she issued me a full refund!

first in the ear useless, returned for adjustment, second one just as bad, all returned for a full refund.
No refund forthcoming, telephoned to find out why. We have not processed the refund yet, questioned why could not find on the system. Now going to consult solicitors

But beware - if you have a problem with your order - no-one ever answers their customer service telephone - and emails to their customer service email address are simply ignored.
There simply is no post-sales customer support.Minor problem handled badly
I received initial pack with hearing aid promptly, but one tube was for an aid for right ear instead if left. I have asked numerous times for the correct tube to be supplied but my issue has not been dealt with satisfactorily. Hearing aid received before Christmas it is now end of February and no closer to resolution. They pretend to deal with then stop replying.
No package yet
Still waiting on my package. Spent well over $500 for a pair of hearing aids and this is the service I get. So what I have to take it as a loss. This is a lot of money to spend on something that's very important to me and this company doesn't care. Very upset. Would like my money back since I've never received my hearing aids.
