Purchase and delivery all fine... But beware - if you have a problem with your order - no-one ever answers their customer service telephone - and emails to their customer service email address are simply ignored. There simply is no post-sales customer support.
I received initial pack with hearing aid promptly, but one tube was for an aid for right ear instead if left. I have asked numerous times for the correct tube to be supplied but my issue has not been dealt with satisfactorily. Hearing aid received before Christmas it is now end of February and no closer to resolution. They pretend to deal with then stop replying.
Still waiting on my package. Spent well over $500 for a pair of hearing aids and this is the service I get. So what I have to take it as a loss. This is a lot of money to spend on something that's very important to me and this company doesn't care. Very upset. Would like my money back since I've never received my hearing aids.
