Just a terrible customer experience. We returned a watch within 30 days, and they refused us any refund or exchange. The owner Mr Mason is also rude and combative and frankly the worst customer experience I have had. I would strongly advise you to stay away from this retailer. I bought this watch for my wife for her birthday and she tried it out to see if she liked it. She decided she did not like it. The watch was in excellent condition when we returned it within 30 days. This retailer frankly ruined my wife’s birthday by forcing her to accept a watch that she does not want. If you think you may want to return your item (for any reason), do NOT buy from this retailer! They are completely inflexible, unreasonable and unpleasant. I can’t believe that anyone would treat a customer like this in this day and age.
Be aware -very rude owner Steve Mason. He doesn't want to deal with a problem, he was rude over the phone and hang up during conversation, the item I purchased £995 watch was not as described- now taking this case to ombudsman. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SUPPLIER AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
