    There is no problem with ordering or delivery. The problems start if you wish to have an item returned and collected . As I am self isolating I couldn’t take the parcel to a Hermes site so arranged for collection. I am now on my 4th collection date and wait to see if Hermes collect tomorrow! I will never use La Redoute again .

    Best clothing brand to go for

    Very much of brand says about perfection and quality in total. I have been using this brand for long time. I have quite a collection of their best products. Its elite, comfortable, cost-efficient according to the standards and a must-buy brand.

    i applied for a credit account but was refused. and their excuse was they could not identify me at my home address through the credit reference agencies. i contacted all 3 credit agencies who told me they do NOT understand why i was told that i could not be identified when i am on the electoral register. and have been for many years. so this was a LIE by La Redoute. i have an asian name by the way. i then used my moms name (my mom is english) name to apply for a credit account. and got accepted straight away. even though my mother has NEVER lived in this area. or even at my address. so therefore was NOT on the electoral register either. cut a long story short . . . i ordered goods in my mothers name. and paid them off. a while after i then get accepted an account. but when i explain to them (after being honest) that i opened an account before in my mothers name, paid it off, and then told them my asian i was then being treated differently. i then had an issue of logging in to my account. of course La Redoute caused this problem themselves for me. i complained about this. but no joy. and their response was (in other words) go to the ombudsman. and that is what i will now be diong. if you are a black or asian person? do NOT bother

    Terrible customer service. Delivered the wrong item, item was returned, when asked to refund cost of return because of their error they insisted a photo be sent of "the defect" in the item. We explained that there was no defect, it was just the wrong item, and that it had already been sent so no photo could be taken. They could not understand this so we just requested the refund for the item and not the return cost but they became unpleasant in the email exchange and have now stopped replying. Avoid at all costs.

    I have been a customer of La Redoute for many years and the garments I have purchased have been good quality however the problems arise when something has to be returned. I returned three packages about three weeks since and despite emails and telephone calls I still have not had a refund. Luckily I kept everything that proves I did return them and a copy of the tracking from Evri stating they were received by La Redoute on the 19th. This isn’t the first time I have had a problem with returns but it will be the last because once this is finally resolved I will not order from them again.

    I made a purchase on 18th of October , returned goods the same week and have not been refunded for 6 weeks now.
    I have been refunded for 3 items but I returned 5
    54.11 pounds you still owe me !!
    I do not understand why I have not been refunded for everything, it's been returned all in the same parcel
    I have been regular customer shopping with you every months
    I am absolutely devastated with the way my return was handled
    If you don't refund me the rest of my money I will be phoning my bank, its ridiculous

    They sell nice things / the problems only start when things go wrong. I ordered an item which was never delivered to me, they know it was never delivered and yet still no refund. Now been waiting 5 weeks. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails and now they have blocked me on trust pilot!! I have lost £120 to this company who just won’t get back to me. This is causing me great anxiety but they don’t care they have my money !

    La Redoute seem to be allowed to advertise and sell items they don't have. 6 weeks wait and still not item. Getting fobbed off every time i get in touch. Only use their "new order" line as you will just be on hold forever otherwise. Buy elsewhere if you actually ever want to see your order.

    I ordered an ottoman at nearly £200 back in January. It arrived damaged, so we arranged to send it back. La Redoute delayed the return as long as possible, blaming the supplier - even though the contract was between me, the consumer, and them, the retailer, and it is therefore their responsibility to work effectively with the supplier.

    Eventually it was picked up on 21st Feb at 7.30AM on Sunday morning - a ridiculous time that even the driver complained about. It is now March and there is still no sign of my refund.

    I've requested details of the formal complaints process, but they have disregarded me twice. This is my consumer right, and I will be going to the relevant authorities if I do not get the information the third time.

    Please be aware this company takes ages to solve complains. I have ordered an item that was delivered to the shop next to the property. It is a couriers responsibility and the company in question to deal with such issue and swift refund to the account.
    I am now waiting 6 weeks for this to be resolved and am being CHARGED interest on the item I NEVER received !!!
    So disappointed, shame :(

    Yeserday I attempted to buy 2 large square pillow cases - exactly what I wanted - everytime I tried to finish the site would not accept the order(out of stock, your log is wrong, etc) a very frustrating experience. Last summer I purchased napkins anf Table mats - beautiful , good service. Please La Redoute get your stock up to date and don't waste customers time.
