I ORDERE THIS AND 2 MONTHS LATER IT WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY
LEGS/CASTORS. I REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO NEXT. THEY MADE NUMEROUS EXCUSES. AFTER SEVERAL MORE CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEM AND MORE EXCUSES. I AM STILL WAITING 2 WEEKS LATER WITH
A FOOTSTOOL TOO HEAVY FOR ME TO MOVE. THEY OFFERED TO COLLECT IT AND I COULD THEN RE-ORDER WITH 20% OFF AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 9 WEEKS!

Two weeks ago Laura Ashley's online shop went wrong and made me pay for two orders instead of one via PayPal. Despite over ten emails to the company (and responses!), they have refused to refund the second order, and have even Photoshopped a fake screenshot of a supposed PayPal refund transaction and sent it to me. I've had to take this issue of fraud to the police. I'll update here when I have more news.
Coffe Table desk chair Footstool and other items over £2000 Never arrived
DO NOT BUY FROM LAURA ASHLEY!!!!! I placed an order in late February just before the administrators were called in. I still have over £2,000 worth of orders outstanding and its now 3rd June. I have been told that they no longer have these items available and I need to contact the administrators to apply for a refund. We all know what that means... No refund!
What I find really appalling is that they are still taking orders online so still robbing people of their money (at a time when people are really struggling). there is no customer service line to call but funnily enough there is still an order line so that they can rob more people of money when they call up to place an order that will never be honoured. After no reply from email I contacted Laura Ashley through the order line. The girl on the line was unsympathetic, rude and had no idea what the process was to enable me to make a claim. The least they could do is offer whatever stock they have left over to customers who have already lost thousands from orders not honoured. But no, they would rather rob a few more people before they finally stop trading. Just shocking! I can see I'm not the only one to have lost thousands.281448254
Beware company is in administration but still trading, they are making promises of delivery which they cannot keep. The delivery company for Laura Ashley have decided not to accept any more deliveries until they have been paid! Spoken to customer services on a number of occasions and this is what I have been told. Have also been told that I cannot cancal my order, no refunds or returns, even if items are damaged when received. This cannot be legal!
I ordered in early March before they went into administration. I'll never get my money back as placed order with a debit card as I though Laura Ashley was a reputable company. Money went straight to the administrators. They are not being honest and still trading while not honouring orders. It's appalling! Sorry to hear about your arm chairs. I'm afraid its unlikely you will get them. Just theft!
Just bought fabrics for homedecor - loved it
In my new home, I shopped most of the fabrics from here, l ike for curtains, mats and table cloths etc
Best designs, custom, great quality, durable, in short - a must buy, if one is looking for home decor thing

I am waiting for 2 arm chairs which were due at the beginning of May. I am disgusted that Customer Services have not contacted me by email to reassure me that my order will be honoured. They are hiding behind Corvid19 saying that furniture that needs double handling is being delayed. But a truck with a lifting tail gate could easily be managed by one person. I am 73, but expect to be able to move the chairs about to hoover. So why cannot a young man deliver? Probably because it has nothing to do with Laura Ashley and everything to do with the accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers who could not care a shit for the customer.
