I moved to another city and home, so i wanted to buy new furniture and Laybrook.com was my first option. I had experience with the company as i ordered Beds for me. I think, that was one of the best furniture i have bought. I recently booked chairs and TV beds and i again that was one of the best furniture. Laybrook.com understands that furniture is an important part of house, and how much furniture suffer during shifting. They offer adjustable furniture which can adjust whenever want and however want. Also, they maintain the quality of furniture and also helps in saving amount on every furniture which is really good about Laybrook.com.
Great delivery nearly 4 years ago. Moved once defective motor found and replaced at once. Shoes at present are creaking but an order to be replaced has been made. I recommend Laybrooks for quality, service and delivery. We have been very pleased with our bed. And have enjoyed the very comfortable sleep it has given us over the years. Pauline and Bill Nichol.
My parents ordered a bed in October. My father has cancer and has been struggling so an adjustable bed was recommended. The service provided has been atrocious. Initially the bed did not turn up on the date promised, when my parents checked on it, there was no record of the order. The bed arrived 4 months after ordered which would have been acceptable if there had been any communication as to why there was such a delay (Covid is not an excuse for bad service) When the bed did turn up it was the wrong colour. My parents, again very reasonably, were prepared to accept this change. However when the bed was being assembled it was revealed that the some of the fittings were the wrong size so the bed could not be completed. These parts were sent on eventually but it was then discovered that the mattresses supplied were not the mattresses that had been ordered. Once again the company had to be contacted and they have said they will send the correct mattress (after accusing my parents of lying about the order) luckily my father had copies of emails confirming the order. The company also had the audacity to ask my parents to store the incorrect mattresses instead of just having them uplifted. Have they not heard of courier services? At one point when my father was trying to get this sorted or at least get some sort of compensation for this ridiculous set of events he was told that "they need to make a profit" You might not have to worry about profit if you did your job properly in the first place. The behaviour of this company toward people with disabilities is shameful. You are supposed to be providing a service to make their life easier. All you have done is cause stress and upset to my parents who have been more than reasonable about this whole situation. TL:DR DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY
