Locksonline have not printed my review because they don't want the negative publicity - I understand, but why then ask for feedback if you take no notice?
I ordered on 4th September 2018 and finally received my (replacement) purchase on 19th September (by courier, thank you Ann). But I'd chased the order after a week to be told it was a 3-5 day delivery (it was day 5).
I've had a job on stop for nearly two weeks due to this debacle and the original order still didn't manage to get here. I order online a lot and haven't had a problem with anyone else. I even paid over £5.00 for delivery of six nylon drawer runners that weigh next to nothing.
