Animal belted dress
I had left it late to sort an outfit for a night out and found a lovely dress on here. Was the same style as one I already bought from debenhams back along just a different pattern so I knew it would fit etc. I paid £4.95 for next day delivery tonmake sure it arrived in time. It didnt arrive. No email or phone call to explain why, customer care phone number didnt work just went straight to a voicemail but no response. Very disappointed. Will not buy from here again
