Bought a £120 memory topper from them and it's not really memory foam. It doesn't react to heat or even weight, and it's a very hard piece of foam and not what you call memory foam at all.
I left a review on a well-known review website and they got it removed, they didn't respond to any emails, despite asking me them to email them. This tells you exactly how trustworthy this company is. Please consider buying from any company that filters reviews.
We have purchased a number of memory foam mattresses in the past but decided to order one from Memory Foam Warehouse - big mistake. The mattress was one of their more expensive ones which claimed to have 7cm of memory foam. It was a Coolmax Superior Double Memory Foam Mattress. It arrived quickly but that is the only good point. The mattress was uncomfortable from the start and sagged within a few weeks of use. We constantly felt like we were going to roll out of bed. Memory foam is meant to spring back but this ones remains pressed down and sags. I complained to the the company but they just told me I would have to prove it was a poor quality mattress. They were no help at all. I would not buy a balloon from them and have had to scrap the mattress within a few months of purchase. Buy from elsewhere is my advice.
