I've only rated one star because I have to click on it to write a review they don't deserve any! I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided from MY BANDAGE DRESS. I first ordered a dress on the 22nd of October for express delivery which is 4 working days. 8 working days later I contacted them to find out where my order was. I was going back and forth with a girl called Sophie for a few days then had to go through my pay-pal account to recall my money because she said royal mail had lost it. I then re ordered the dress because I thought it was royal mail at fault not the company. I emailed Sophie to ask her to ensure my delivery gets delivered this time after my last experience. My dress was meant to be delivered today due to me paying for express delivery with this order to and YET AGAIN Sophie has come to me with an excuse saying there system was down yesterday so she could only get the dress out for delivery to me today! Absolutely disgusting and they are full of excuses. I would NEVER order from this website again and would advise anyone of thinking of ordering from them to avoid like the plague I honestly have no idea how they are still in business if they treat their customers like this. I highly doubt my order will turn up at all and I will receive yet another excuse from Sophie as to why I've not received my order. Thank god I have found something on HouseOfCB as a back up plan. HouseOfCB said 6-7 working days for my delivery and I received it in 3 working days. Worth paying a bit more money on an item and not being let down.
