BEST REPTILE SHOP AROUND
It is one of the well-known and so a lot of reptile owners know about the place. It has the great reputation among pet shops . they has also requirements for all sort of pets including housing, food, pet accesories and all.

No response for damage delivery after raising paypal claim; Wrong info about customer service on website.
The website says clearly about phone service for online order, but if you call them they will tell you they have no phone service since all of them are WFH now and can only send emails. Then your order which has been damaged don't have a chance for respond until you raise claim from your payment gateway.

I ordered a Nano heat lamp for the Turtle Med light fixture. I woke up this morning to GLASS ALL OVER MY TANK, IN THE WATER, ON MY TURTLE!!!!!!! The bulb had blown and it was a miracle my turtle isn't dead.
For a company that calls themselves the reptile centre, they sure are trying hard to kill of my reptile! I am beyond angry. A replacement of the light or even compensation wont compare to the near loss of my turtle today.
