The only reason I'm giving two stats is that it is not possible to give fewer stars. This company is all website and no substance. Horrible service; on communicative. They lost my labs. They communicated results that were not mine. It took weeks to get a response to messages; once they respond, they then go silent. They say that their app message function results in a response within 24 to 48 hours. Sure. I got chipper automated placeholder responses. I got lots of, 'sorry... someone at lab was supposed to contact me but didn't... then silence'. You will not get someone who can tell you where your samples and identifying info went; what your (not someone else's) results are, when you can expect a substantive communication. If you call their 'customer service line', during stated business you may get a chipper recorded message telling you that their customer service line is working 'Have an awesome day' and then hangs up. If you do get a human, that person will have no ability to help or connect uou with someone who can help. That person will only be able to thank you for your patience, assure you how important you are. If you press them to please connect you to someone who can actually help, you will be put on hold then told sadly that no one is available ... anywhere who can help.
This company Sucks. Avoid the hype. Avoid this mess of a company with anything resembling your health or privacy.
