I contacted these guys using the number shown on Amazon after some sort of issue with the order. They said I could deal direct so I did so.

Here begins the issue, the first order was out of stock, as was my second order - both issues but not the main issue !

The number used (unbeknown to me) is a premium rate 08456 number, the upshot being £20 in call costs on my mobile and no product.

I called OFK and spoke the Sean Portman in the 'customer service team' only to be told that they could/would no nothing. What boils my pi55 is the fact he said they know about the 08456 issue and that customers use it frequently

Avoid a company that is so underhand, i would suggest.
