I had a wedding event to attend in London and I guess I forgot to pack my jewellery when I was packing my effect for my trip. You can imagine how lost I felt when I realized my jewellery was not to be found. I had to go online immediately to search for beautiful, and affordable jewellery that could be delivered to me in time for my event. After going through all the options I got, I decide to shop from Olivia & Pearl. I ordered a set of jewelry and within 24 hours they were delivered to me. It was exactly what I wanted. I will shop from Olivia & Pearl again because I am happy with their products. I recommend Olivia & Pearl to anyone looking to buy quality jewellery.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT OUT. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT OUT IN WRITING. CONFIRMED NEXT-DAY DELIVERY. AFTER WEEKS OF CHASING AND BEING IGNORED. THE PHONE NUMBER DON'T WORK. 3 X EMAIL ACCOUNTS DO NOT WORK. BEGINNING TO THINK THIS COMPANY HAD FOLDED. FINALLY MANAGED AFTER 3WEEKS OF CALLINGS AND EMAILING, TO GET CLEMENTINE ON THEIR WEBSITE CHAT PORTAL. I SPENT 15MINUTES LOOKING INTO AN ISSUE. THEY CLOSED THE CHAT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOW BE CONTACTING THE DIRECTORS OLIVIA SMITH AND TIMOTHY MARCHANT.
