i have just ordered for the first time with paperchase and i have to say i am so impressed. after placing my order online my delivery arrived the next day well packed. the quality of this giftwrap set is of top quality and the matching bows made of a silky ribbon not paper or foil as often is the case on the high street. i would definitely order again with this company and i take this opportunity to say thank you so much for everything.
My god, they have such an amazing variation in different subjects. they have really good gifts too, and all are very good in quality and also its amazing when it comes to price as well. So yeah , i am going to shop more
“If I was a Director of Paperchase I would be ashamed of the so called ‘Customer Service’ team” I placed an order with Paperchase online which was the final part of a mailing I was preparing. I booked and paid for ‘Next day delivery’ but was worried when the order didn’t arrive and the web site had no tracking information. I called and explained the circumstances and found that the email address on the web site had an error but the ‘Customer Service’ team categorically assured me that the tracking info was on the web site and they would call me back with the new delivery timing. I corrected the email error and waited. No call back. I called again the next day and was told that the delivery with Yodel was a top priority and would be delivered the next day. Nothing arrived and still no tracking information. I called Yodel and they told me that their courier had tried 4 times to deliver the parcel and left a card each time. No cards, no calls so I called Yodel and Paperchase again. Yodel told me that the parcel had to be picked up from Fareham 40 miles away. I jumped in my car whilst at the same time calling Paperchase to complain. I was halfway to Fareham when Paperchase informed me that the parcel was no longer at Fareham and had been returned to Paperchase! ‘Stacy’ who is apparently the manager of the ‘Customer Service’ team told me the fault was all mine because the email address had an error. I told her this was an excuse and irrelevant and asked her why the tracking info was not on the web site and why nobody had called me back and that Yodel had not tried to deliver the package. She offered me £10 in compensation and the resending of the paper the next day. Meanwhile my mailing was now 5 days late. Stacy then called me back to say that my address that has been in existence for 150 years and we have deliveries every day ‘Does not exist’. I explained to her this obvious fact but she would not listen and insisted that the address was wrong and that I am actually at a different address! I tried again to make it clear to her that the address was correct and we have deliveries every day but she still would not listen. I told her she was wasting my time and ended the call. I then waited for 2 days for the delivery and regularly checked the order on the Paperchase web site which just said that the order was ‘Picking’. I then emailed the ‘Customer Service’ team to ask where my order was and why their was no still no tracking information – no reply. I waited till the next day and called again. I was told that the order had been cancelled by them because my address was wrong! Nobody had the courtesy to inform me of the cancellation, or replied to my email. They just said that my money had been refunded. So I am now over a week late with my mailing and no paper. I am not surprised therefore that ‘Stacy’ at the ‘Customer Service’ team then told me that no Managers or Directors of Paperchase are contactable to complain! What a deplorable level of service – out of date address software, no response to calls or emails and no tracking information on the web site. I will never use Paperchase gain and would advise that you don’t either!
