One of the major uses of outdoor spaces is gardens. This is majorly so because there are many uses to which an individual could use a garden that appeals to people. Thus, converting open outdoor spaces to gardens is an effective option that people are always glad to take. Having a garden makes it possible to grow your fruits and vitamins that you can consume within a few minutes or hours after harvesting them. We ordered a rattan dining set on 25th March 2021 which was in stock. The delivery was stated as 4 weeks. Despite lengthy phone calls and emails we are still waiting. Then on 4th May we were emailed that it was now with the courier and I would be contacted within a week. No one has contacted me. I have just spoken to a Primrose representative on the phone, having waited 20 minutes to be told she cannot help and to send an email. Very poor service and misleading information. Annoyingly have to include a star rating when they deserve none.
I placed my order on 11th April and you immediately Primrose took over £89 from my credit card. Five weeks later and no signs or notification of a delivery. Online I discovered that Trustpilot has over 3000 one-star negative reviews. I wish I'd known before I ordered Whilst I imagine they are busy but they are still offering the plants I have ordered for sale and quoting a delivery time of 10 to 15 days. I hope you will appreciate why I am surprised that 36 days after I placed my order there is no sign of the paid for plants.
